How we helped
Trinity has provided construction environmental monitoring services to Scentre Group at various shopping centres for more than 10 years, including Carindale, Garden City and Chermside.
We have undertaken continuous air, noise and vibration monitoring for the duration of these construction projects, each lasting up to 2 years.
The monitoring results are used to assist Scentre in managing air and noise emissions from their construction site.
We have also undertaken noise assessment, including computational 3D noise modelling of construction works, to assist in identifying noise mitigation requirements and preparing management plans for out-of-hours construction works.
About the project
Scentre Group owns and operates the multiple Westfield Shopping Centre destinations in Australia and New Zealand.
Their projects involve major multi-million dollar refurbishments and extensions of existing shopping centres, or the construction of brand new centres (such as Westfield Coomera).
