Wan Bahiyah Mior has more than 10 years of experience as a mechanical engineer in the specialist fields of acoustics, noise and vibration.
Wan has worked on a broad range of projects including architectural acoustics for aged care, medical facilities, childcare, schools and tertiary facilities, community and commercial developments. Specialist architectural projects include high security spaces, indoor sport centres, auditoria, music and tertiary teaching spaces. Her work extends to a variety of infrastructure (road, rail, aircraft); commercial, retail, residential and industrial developments; and environmental noise assessments.
Having achieved an MBA on the side, Wan works closely with our senior managers assisting with operations management, business strategy and marketing. She represents Australia on Trinity’s global ESG Steering Committee. Talent acquisition, development and mentoring are also her strengths. She understands the importance of building connections within the team and across our network of valued clients.
On weekends, Wan enjoys reading classic novels, walking in the forest and volunteering in the community.
