Hilbert brings more than 15 years’ experience in environmental work. For the past decade, he has specialised in air quality, combining expertise from both regulatory and consultancy settings.
As a regulator in the United Arab Emirates, Hilbert played a key role in reviewing air quality impact assessments for a wide range of projects from energy and transport to manufacturing and land development. He has collaborated with government and private sectors to develop and implement city-wide air quality strategies.
In his role at Trinity, Hilbert specialises in air quality impact assessments across sectors including mining, manufacturing, construction and utilities.
Hilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and recently completed a Master of Environment and Natural Resources Management.
Outside of work, Hilbert enjoys travelling to lesser-known destinations, where he explores nature and immerses himself in different cultures.
